Quick Skin Care for Working Women

Women who work outside usually get more exposed to dirt, sun and air conditioner. As they cannot manage long time to take care of their skin, they tend to face more skin problems. Following some simple rules regularly can  help them keeping their skin healthy. 

Here are some tips those you can follow and experience a healthy skin.

  • When going to work take a 750 ml bottle of water with you and finish drinking the full bottle while being at work. Nothing works better than water to keep your skin fresh and healthy
  • Take boiled vegetables and fruits for lunch. Avoid oily foods.
  • Make juice of cucumber or water melon, pour it in the ice tray and keep in the fridge. Coming back home in the evening, wash your skin gently with a mild face wash. Take a cucumber/water melon ice cube and massage all over your face. This helps to take stress away and give your skin fresh and healthy look. 
  • Make a pack of Sandal wood powder and rose water. In shower first wash your body with a shower soap and then use the pack all over your body like soap and put it for five minutes. Rinse with water. This would give you a refreshed feeling as well as make your skin glowing. 
  • Before going to bed have a cup of milk with half spoon of honey in it.
  • Once a week have a multi vitamin tablet to give your skin all the necessary vitamins it needs. (If you have any health problems, do not have it without consulting a doctor). 
  • Try Ten Minutes Facial once or twice a week at home. 
  • Last of all, the most important thing is to keep your skin clean. Do necessary cleansing and moisturizing regularly to have a healthy skin.

Ten Minutes Facial - Quick Facial

Steps for Quick Facial (Ten minutes facial ):

  • Take a bowl of lukewarm water. Wet a cotton ball or a piece of cotton  in it. Wipe your face gently with the cotton ball. 
  • Wet your hand with lukewarm water. Take some cleansing lotion in your hand. Gently massage your face upwards with fingers for 3 minutes. Wet a cotton ball in lukewarm water and wipe off the cleansing lotion.  
  • Wet your hand with lukewarm water. Take some apricot scrub in hand and  gently massage your face with fingers for 2 minutes. Wipe off with wet cotton ball.
  • Wet your hand with lukewarm water. Take some massage cream in hand and gently massage your face upwards with fingers for 3 minutes. Wet a cotton ball in normal water and wipe off the massaging lotion.  
  • Wet a new cotton ball in normal water. Wipe your face well with that. Or you may wash your face too with normal water.
  • Use some moisturizing lotion all over the face.
  • Your facial is done. Enjoy a fresh look in your face in just ten minutes !

Season Change and Skin Care

Its Late Autumn ! Season is changing. Your skin needs extra care at this time to adjust with the change in weather. Here are some tips:

- Getting up from bed every morning, mix one tea spoon of honey or lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it (if you don't have any gastric or acidity problem). This will not only keep your skin fresh but also will help you staying away from cold.

- Use a light sun screen lotion every time you go out to all the parts of your body exposed to sun.


- Coming back home use a mild cleansing lotion to remove dirts from your skin. Then wash your skin with a mild face wash. Use a moisturizer suitable for your skin.

- Use a Home Made Scrub twice a week.

- Honey Musk is very suitable for this season. Apply Honey Musk on your skin twice a week.

Tan Free Skin- Home Treatment for Tanned Skin


First of all, I suggest strongly: do not use Lemon, Orange or tomato juice on your tanned skin. It may lighten your skin fast, but when your skin is exposed to sun the next time it makes your skin even darker and sometimes makes the tan permanent !


Here are some tips to remove skin tans:

• Wash your face at least five times a day with light cold water. Use a whitening face wash twice a day(Morning and Night) and wash only with water the other three times.

• Apply cold milk all over your tanned skin using a piece cotton every night. Put it for 15 minutes and then wash with a face wash.
Or,
• Crush a cucumber or a potato (do not mix the two, take any of them). Apply the juice all over your tanned skin using a piece cotton every morning. Put it for 15 minutes and then wash with a face wash.

Summer Skin Care (Home Skin Care in Summer)




Summer is back again!

Summer is the time of oily skin. Skin problems arise when your skin gets exposed to burning sun of summer and dusts. Dusts get stuck to oily skin and starts creating lots of skin problems. Pimples, sunburn and skin tan, skin rashes are the common skin problems of summer.

Some daily simple home care can help you avoiding skin problems and have a glowing skin in summer. Follow some here:

1. First of all don’t let your skin getting dehydrated. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday to keep your skin healthy and hydrated. No compromise with this!

2.Apply a sun screen 15 minutes before going out. It is better to use a sun screen powder in summer instead of a sun screen lotion.

Home Made Face Packs for Summer



1. Summer Bleach


Ingredients:
• Milk-4 tbsp.
• Honey-1 tbsp.
• Lemon Juice-2 tbsp.

Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Apply the mixture evenly on the tanned areas for 15 minutes.
- Wash with cold water when dried.
(Works best for oily skin.)

Under Eye Dark Circle Treatment


Improper sleeping, stress, tension, sunburn, lack of nutrition are the main causes of dark circles. Proper care and balanced diet can remove your dark circle within a few weeks.

To treat your dark circle follow the following tips:

1. The foremost thing that you will have to do to erase your dark circle is to take proper sleep. Do not stay awake late at night and have at least 8 hours of sleep everyday.

2. Cut some cucumbers or potatoes into very small pieces and Put over your eyes. Lie for 15-20 minutes and then rinse them off. Do this once everyday.

3. Wet a cotton piece in cold milk and put it over your eyes. You can use yogurt or vanilla ice-cream instead of milk. Lie for 15 minutes and then rinse. Try this once or twice a week.

4. Take some Vitamin-E capsules. Pierce the capsules and bring it's oil out. Gently message the Vitamin-E oil over your eyes in circular movement. Do this every alternative days.

5. There are many dark circle treatment creams available in market like Garnier, Olay etc. You may try them too.
